- Misuse or neglect of the building
- Customer modifications or alterations
- Failure to follow the instructions in our Care Guide
- Damage caused by external factors such as storms, high winds, flooding, or other extreme weather conditions
1 Year Workmanship Guarantee
Our skilled team professionally fits every building. If any issues arise from our construction or installation within the first 12 months, we’ll put it right.
This guarantee does not cover:
- Misuse or neglect of the building
- Customer modifications or alterations
- Natural settlement or movement of the ground/base
- Self-installation or any issues arising where MCD did not carry out the fitting
- Failure to follow the instructions in our Care Guide (e.g. treatment, ventilation, maintenance)
- Damage caused by external factors such as storms, high winds, flooding, or other extreme weather conditions
10 Year Anti-Rot Guarantee
Crafted from pressure-treated timber, your building is protected against rot, fungal decay, and insect attack for 10 years, giving you complete peace of mind.
This guarantee does not cover:
