Project Details
A key priority for this customer was having proper lighting and electrical points, so we prepared all the openings and routes needed for their electrician to wire the building exactly how they wanted it during the fitting of the building.

Overview
The Elliots wanted a bright, modern garden room that could serve as both a quiet retreat and a practical space for day-to-day use. After considering a few options, they selected our 14 x 10 Pent Garden Room, a clean, contemporary design that complements their garden layout perfectly.
We began by fitting ECO pads across the base area. These provide strong, reliable support and allow for excellent airflow beneath the building, helping to protect the timber over time by lifting it slightly off the floor, thereby preventing it from sitting in damp conditions.
