The building was fitted with uPVC doors and windows, improving both insulation and security, and allowing plenty of natural light into the space, perfect for a productive and comfortable working environment.

The exterior of the building was pre-painted by the customer before installation, helping to personalise the finish and provide immediate protection from the elements from day one.

Installed by our in-house team in West Yorkshire, the project was completed efficiently on a solid, level base, ensuring a high-quality finish and reliable structure from day one.

Mrs Davies was looking for a garden room in Leeds that could be used as a home office, while still offering a stylish addition to her garden.

She chose our 14 x 10 Pent Garden Room, a modern, multi-use building designed for customers wanting a fully insulated garden room with installation included. The pent roof design gives the building a contemporary look, while also allowing for a higher front elevation and increased natural light through the windows and doors.

Constructed using pressure-treated Scandinavian timber, this garden room features insulation to the floor, walls, and roof, making it suitable for use all year round. The internal tongue and groove cladding creates a clean, finished interior, while the structure itself is built with heavy-duty framing for long-term strength and stability.
